Workspace access
Access is personal, role-limited, and may not be shared. Each user must join their company workspace with their own account.
Use of candidate data
Disclosed data may be used only for the relevant role and introduction. Attempting to re-identify an anonymous projection, enriching data beyond that purpose, or discriminating on a protected attribute or proxy is prohibited.
Responsible hiring
Criteria must be job-related, demonstrable, and human-reviewed. The organization remains responsible for its decisions, candidate communications, and compliance with employment law.
End of access
When a role closes or access is revoked, platform access is removed. The organization must apply its own deletion obligations to copies it legitimately received.
